Head chef Hugh Collier-Baker and his team are passionate about preparing delicacies from local ingredients, with international flavours. Our elegant cuisine varies according to the season. We use the best ingredients and make everything from scratch.
Our catering is always based on the nature and theme of the event: a ten-course menu for a special occasion, a quick dinner after a long meeting, a crayfish party, a company barbecue, a casual gathering with friends or a traditional wedding menu.
